This proposal is for the exterior rehabilitation of the front facade located at 709 & 711-713 S Kansas Ave. The two buildings have been a part of the South Kansas Avenue Commercial District since the early twentieth century. The façade rehabilitation project will attempt to match the period of significance for when the stores were originally used as the Palace Clothing Company and Nightingales Women’s Wear Store.
