Utilities Department Water Line Replacement Project
Project Overview
The City of Topeka Utilities Department is replacing approximately 12,000 linear feet of 4-inch to 12-inch PVC water main in the Montara area shown on the map to improve system reliability and reduce the likelihood of future water main breaks.

A public meeting was held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Hotel Topeka at City Center, where there was a presentation on the project.
